Grigori Systems

Machines do not fail without leaving evidence.

Grigori Systems helps industrial teams detect developing problems earlier by connecting machine operating data with lubricant condition, contamination, wear and maintenance evidence.

Three technologies. One reliability strategy.

Each application is built around the asset, the failure risk and the decision the maintenance team needs to make.

Independent condition sensor / monitoring module

Sensors and monitoring

Track lubricant condition, viscosity, moisture, contamination, wear, temperature and vibration.

Delta-Xero fluid conditioning

Continuously target moisture, ultra-fine contamination and degradation products while measuring the fluid response.

NEOL lubrication technology

Apply NEOL specialist lubricant technology through controlled, monitored applications with defined evidence.

Continuous offline conditioning for critical industrial fluids.

Delta-Xero systems operate in a separate, low-flow circuit so the fluid can be conditioned continuously without replacing the machine's OEM filtration or protection systems.

Delta-Xero states that its zero-bypass capillary-media cartridges target contaminants down to 0.1 micron. Final performance, flow and system selection remain fluid and application dependent and must be verified in service.

From measurement to engineering decision.

01

How is the machine operating?

Load, speed, temperature, pressure and operating data establish context.

02

What is happening inside the machine?

Fluid health, contamination, moisture, wear and mechanical condition reveal change.

03

Why are conditions changing?

Correlated trends, samples and maintenance evidence support engineering interpretation.

Building a connected view of industrial asset health.

The objective is not to create more alarms. It is to understand what changed, what surrounded the change, what evidence should be checked next and whether the intervention worked.
