Condition the fluid. Protect the asset.
Delta-Xero is Grigori's primary filtration technology for monitored fluid conditioning. Its offline systems continuously target damaging moisture, fine contamination and degradation products outside the machine's main lubrication circuit.
Continuous offline conditioning for critical industrial fluids.
Delta-Xero systems operate in a separate, low-flow circuit so the fluid can be conditioned continuously without replacing the machine's OEM filtration or protection systems.
Delta-Xero states that its zero-bypass capillary-media cartridges target contaminants down to 0.1 micron. Final performance, flow and system selection remain fluid and application dependent and must be verified in service.

A conditioning circuit selected around the fluid and the risk.
The product family includes compact units for smaller reservoirs, modular industrial systems for oils and Power Train configurations for fuel and engine-oil applications. Grigori confirms the correct configuration against manufacturer data and site conditions.
DX1525 series
Smaller-volume systems and space-restricted applications.
DX1000 series
Scalable cartridge configurations for larger oil systems.
Power Train series
Application-specific conditioning for diesel, heavy fuel and engine-oil duties.
Condition, trend and verify.
Define the fluid, volume, viscosity, temperature and contamination problem.
Establish baseline water, cleanliness and laboratory evidence.
Confirm safe take-off, return, pressure, flow, isolation and service access.
Size the circuit using current Delta-Xero performance data.
Trend differential pressure, fluid condition and laboratory results.
Verify improvement and investigate the source of contamination.
Typical monitored evidence
- Water content and water trend
- ISO 4406 particle cleanliness
- Oil condition and oxidation indicators
- Filter differential pressure
- Fluid temperature and flow
- Independent laboratory results
Filtration is an intervention, not the whole solution.
Conditioning cannot correct failed seals, ineffective breathers, poor storage and transfer practices, incompatible fluids or preventable contamination sources. These must be identified and corrected as part of the reliability programme.
