Grigori Systems

Proven technologies, engineered around the asset.

Grigori brings together continuous condition sensors, NEOL lubrication technology and Delta-Xero fluid conditioning around the asset risk and the evidence required. Technology is never the starting point; the engineering question is.

Sensors, Delta-Xero and NEOL: connected around the asset.

Each technology has a distinct role: measure developing condition, remove damaging contamination and support the lubricated surfaces under load.

Independent condition sensor / monitoring module

Sensors and monitoring

Track lubricant condition, viscosity, moisture, contamination, wear, temperature and vibration.

Delta-Xero fluid conditioning

Continuously target moisture, ultra-fine contamination and degradation products while measuring the fluid response.

NEOL lubrication technology

Apply NEOL specialist lubricant technology through controlled, monitored applications with defined evidence.

Explore NEOL lubrication

Continuous offline conditioning for critical industrial fluids.

Delta-Xero systems operate in a separate, low-flow circuit so the fluid can be conditioned continuously without replacing the machine's OEM filtration or protection systems.

Delta-Xero states that its zero-bypass capillary-media cartridges target contaminants down to 0.1 micron. Final performance, flow and system selection remain fluid and application dependent and must be verified in service.

NEOL CuGlide™ surface protection concept

Supplier technology shown conceptually. Performance is application dependent and must be verified through field and laboratory evidence.

Specialist lubrication, applied through a controlled programme.

NEOL describes CuGlide™ as a proprietary additive technology designed to form a protective copper-rich film on loaded metal surfaces. Grigori supports its use through application review, baseline evidence, controlled changeover and monitored verification.

Grigori does not present NEOL as a guaranteed wear, efficiency or oil-life outcome. Suitability and performance depend on the asset, lubricant requirements, operating conditions and evidence from the application.

The value is in how the technologies work together.

Sensors show how fluid and asset condition are changing. Delta-Xero provides targeted fluid conditioning, while NEOL supports the lubrication strategy. Grigori connects the evidence, supports the engineering decision and verifies the outcome.
